At Pitman, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest most economical way possible. We offer two shipping options: UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day. Please see details below. Overnight delivery is only available by calling Customer Service at 1-888-274-8626.
Ground Shipping
Ground shipping via UPS is available in all fifty states. For commercial addresses, UPS will guarantee the day of delivery. (See their website at http://www.ups.com for details.) However, scheduled delivery days may occasionally be revised due to volume and/or distribution.
Freight is calculated based on weight and zip code. It will be added to your order as goods ship. For newly registered customers, freight will be calculated in your first order based on the chart below. Additional freight may be assessed on oversized or bulk orders.

- Ground shipping is available for all items
- Additional freight may be assessed on oversized or bulk orders.
- All hazardous materials may have longer delivery periods and are subject to additional fees. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped air freight.
- Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. All orders to these destinations must ship via airfreight.
- All orders ship by ground transportation, unless otherwise requested and authorized by our customers.
- Pitman does not ship to foreign countries.
- Pitman does not ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses.
Two-Day Shipping
Two day shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air is available in all fifty states. Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the second business day.
***To use this option, the items in your order must be in stock and you must place your order no later than 12:00 noon in the time zone of the servicing Pitman location to ship the same day for second day delivery. For example, if you place your order by 12:00 noon on a Monday, it will reach your destination by the end of the business day on Wednesday.***

Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery via UPS Next Day Air is available in all fifty states. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., or by the end of the same business day to rural destinations. Overnight delivery is only available by calling Customer Service @ 1-888-274-8626.
***To use this option, your items must be in stock and you must place your order no later than 12:00 noon PST for next day delivery. For example, if you place your order by 12:00 noon PST on a Monday, it will reach your destination by midday Tuesday (actual time dependent on destination).***
The following basic policies apply to all purchases at Pitman:
- Airfreight options are not available on all products.
- Orders for items with available stock required to be shipped by airfreight (next day or two day programs) must be placed no later than 12:00 noon PST in order to ship the same business day.
- Certain heavy or oversized items may take longer to arrive and cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states
- Hazardous materials cannot be shipped air freight.
- Pitman does not ship to foreign countries.
- We do not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
